Dear Shepherd Elijah Lee,
I thanks God who blessed our first Bible Academy in Nantes UBF, 2006, November 23th and 24th. The first day, Sh.Thierry CLIO from Paris UBF delivered the message base on Luke 5.17-32 : 밫he paralytic man and Levi had faith?and Misn Timoth? Yu from Paris UBF shared his life testimony. Six sheep took part in this first day. The second day, I delivered the message base on Luke 15 : 밫he prodigal son? Misn. Christine Aussant shared her life testimony. Five new sheep took part. We had prayed that God sends 10 sheep, and God sent 11 sheep. Even if almost all were Korean, a young French, named Vincent, took part for the first time in our meeting. We pray that he begins the Bible study with me.
I was very grateful to God who helped us to organize this first Bible Academy by faith. I thank God for your prayer, and particularly the invaluable support of the ministry of Paris UBF.
I thanks God who strengthened the faith of our sheep Yang-Jun, Hyun-Mi and Heon-Ju by giving them a heart of prayer and collaboration for this Bible Academy. Brother Yang-Jun invited Vincent. At the end of the Academy, Sister Hyun-Mi confessed: "I was very moved by the word of God and testimonies. It would be necessary to more often organize meetings like that. It would be well for students." Through the 1:1 Bi le study since a few months, the heart of the family of Yang-Jun and Hyun-Mi is increasingly humble in front of the word of God. They have taken part in the worship each Sunday for 2 months. They have more and more desires to pray for the students and to collaborate in the campus mission. Sister Heon-Ju invited 7 Korean sheep to the Bible Academy. A young Korean student that she invited said: 밒s there the Bible Academy each week? Because I would like to still take part the next week!?Even if sister Heon-Ju did not study the Bible that a few months with UBF 20 years ago in Korea, she always remembers that she received the word of God in UBF. She also expressed her desire to pray for our mission in the campus in Nantes.
After the Bible Academy, we prepare the Christmas Worship Service, on December 17th, 2006. We pray to invite 15 people, including 5 French. Amen!
